Delivery Times

Wood stoves and pellet stoves

Delivery within 3 to 5 business days after order and payment validation.
A technician will contact you to schedule an installation date.

Pellets and firewood

Shipping within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

We commit to scheduling delivery within a maximum of 10 business days.

Stove Installation Service

In addition to delivery, our technical team provides professional installation to ensure proper and safe operation of your stove.

Heavy Vehicle Accessibility

We use specialized trucks to transport stoves, pellets, and firewood. Please ensure:

  • Road accessible for 19-ton trucks

  • Minimum street width: 4 meters

  • For specific areas (dead ends, restrictions, etc.), please contact us to assess feasibility

Trucks and Equipment

Our trucks are equipped to ensure safe transport:

  • Curtain-sided trucks with tail lift (payload: 9 tons)

  • Pallet trucks and moffett forklifts for handling and installation

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or unclaimed address:

  • Reshipping costs will be charged to the customer

If you are absent at the time of delivery:

  • A delivery notice may be left

  • A new delivery attempt or pickup option will be offered

After several unsuccessful attempts, the parcel will be returned and additional fees may apply.

Products must be:

Return costs are at your expense unless the product is defective or we made an error.
